Notes

The disc, Adidas Power Soccer/ Resident Evil/ Shellshock/ Descent, was also released in Germany. It contains the censored rolling demo of Resident Evil. The French version came in a printed paper sleeve. The back of the sleeve is just white. It was included with issue 4 of OPM France, as the first issue did not come with a demo.
