The tape contains footage of the Biohazard Nightmare house and from a Biohazard midnight party.

Capcom Friendly Club was Capcom's official fanclub. Members received videotapes and newsletters with gaming news. It started in April 1996 and ended in April 2001. 16 volumes were released. The three first tapes came in cardboard cases, while the rest came in clear plastic cases with inserts.
