Notes

The Spanish budget edition came in a big box with the disc in a jewelcase, probably without any inserts. It also came with a large manual and a yellow registration card. There may also have been an advertisement or catalog. The disc is red and black.

The back of the box is in Spanish and Portuguese, and the Portuguese edition seems to have come in the same box, but the contents are not the same. Even the disc labels are different.
