Notes

The British/ European Value Series edition was released in Australia with an OFLC sticker on the front.

I have also seen the game released in Australia with the German front insert (5028587083860) and the English back insert and manual as above. The different placement of the OFLC sticker on that copy (upper right corner) to avoid covering the Capcom logo leads me to believe it was actually released like that, too, though I am not creating a separate page for it until I can confirm that by observing multiple copies.
