The DVD came in a plastic case with a sticker on the front, together with a book. It contains three discs. Disc 1 contains the film, while several features are spread over the two other discs:

The book is titled Silent Hill Guide of Chaotic Town, and contains information and tips about the first three games, and also some information about the film.
