White label test pressing, plain white die-cut cardboard sleeve and white inner sleeve. Two copies have been found. Copy 1 has a handwritten catalog number and what appears to be a signature on the inner sleeve, along with a stamped date, while copy 2 has the same written on the cardboard sleeve. Also notice the "OK." confirming that the test was successful. (The Reckless Records sticker on the sleeve was put there by the second-hand shop where it was once sold.)
The lacquers were cut by Stuart Hawkes at Copymasters, identified by his signature in the matrix code. EMI processed the metal plates and pressed the records . The matrix codes were written by the pressing plant, except for Hawkes' signature.
