Factory-pressed in-house reference CD. The CD is just the standard retail pressing, except they didn't print on the disc, either to save money or time, or both. (Pressing and screen-printing is a two-part process.) In-house reference discs for singles seems unusal, it may have missed the printing process by accident.
Mastered and pressed by WEA mfg Olyphant, though at the time the plant was called Specialty Records Corporation. Only one copy has been seen to this date.
