There are three main OPS2M series; the British, French, and German, and the Italian as a minor fourth series (it seems they had some unique discs). All other countries seem to have used a mix of these discs, possibly with the odd unique disc here and there. The demos published with OPS2M in Benelux and Australia mostly came with British discs, except in a few cases. Typically from the late forties to early sixties, French discs were used. Because the magazines in these two areas seem to follow each other very closely with few exceptions (as far as I have cataloged them), for example a few discs were skipped by the Dutch magazine, I will included both together on this page instead of creating a new page for Australian demos.
In addition to the British and French discs, there is at least one German disc, and possible one unique Beneluxian disc. All the demos came in cardsleeves. The earliest cardsleeves only had a plain white back side.
Very few Australian discs have been added, but it seems they mostly came with British discs and a few French discs. The discs were typically pressed in Australia, but not all. Some were the standard European discs pressed in Austria. You can easily tell the difference by looking at the disc labels, the Australian discs have a larger silver area around the rim. The discs also have IFPI codes starting on 65, as opposed to discs from Austria starting on 94. The Australian discs first came in DVD cases, then in thin DVD cases, then in smaller CD-sized clam cases of varying thickness and width. The SCED-codes are often wrong on the cases, they rarely updated them from the template they must have used.
The demos are sorted by OPS2M number.
