The disc title is Euro Demo 51. It contains a Dino Crisis demo. The same demo can also be found on several other PAL samplers.

The same disc was released in the UK, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and Australia, although the British and Australian disc labels are different. The black disc variant may also have been released in other countries, but without custom artwork.
