Notes

The disc title is Euro Demo 64. It contains a Dino Crisis 2 video. The same video can also be found on several other PAL samplers. The disc came in a white paper sleeve inside the cardboard sleeve.

The demo was also included with a later issue together with the original sleeve housed in a larger, extra sleeve. The included demos were probably random to some extent.
