The game came with a lenticular slipcover with a sticker over the standard case. The game case itself is labeled BLUS 31374F ZB16018WRC. It came with a DLC sheet for The Fighting Chance Pack, an English manual, a French manual, and an advertisement for the season pass.

The exact same game was also sold without the slipcover, seemingly without any mention of the DLC contents.
