Notes

The disc came with a special issue of the official German magazine, and contains a Forbidden Siren demo. It came with an insert which had to be cut out from a page in the magazine. The disc came loose or in a white paper sleeve inside the magazine.

The number in the disc title does not refer to a date, but rather that it is the second special issue of 2004.
