The Japanese box set was released in Taiwan with a sticker on the front advertising the included Maria Rose costume DLC sheet and Filter Frame early purchase bonus as well as an age rating sticker. There is also a large sticker on the back with the Chinese title and various information including a new barcode. It contains:
- Regular Switch game with DLC (HAC-P-A9WRC(CHT) TSA-HAC-A9WRC-CHT)
- Tsukihamiya Senkyokushuu CD soundtrack (KTGS-S0624CD)
- Rougetsutou Tsuisou-roku novel hardcover book
- Two A4 clear files
The included game is the Taiwanese edition, while the other items are the same as included with the Japanese box set. The game does not have the sticker advertising the DLC and Filter Frame, because the sticker is already on the box.
The soundtrack title translates to Lunar Eclipse Night Selection. 153 songs could also be downloaded until 2026.03.08. The novel title translates to Memoirs of Rougetsu Island.
Unlike this Switch version there was no box set edition of the PS4 version, however the items could be purchased separately.
