The demo contains a Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 trailer. Like all German OPS2M demos, the insert had to be cut out from the magazine.

The same trailer can also be found on monthly OPS2M discs released in the UK, Benelux, Italy, and Australia, and on the Italian special issue demo UPS2M Italia Demo Speciale Horror.
