Notes

Special Capcom issue of the Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu Wave. It came with a Biohazard 4 demo and a Famitsu x Capcom Special DVD sealed inside a cardboard page. The DVD features Biohazard 4 and Biohazard Outbreak File 2, among other Capcom titles.

The same demo disc was also included with Biohazard Double Feature.
