Zelda no Densetsu Toki no Ocarina GC

The game disc contains Biohazard 4 (3.5) and Biohazard 0 trailers along with trailers of several other games. It was a pre-order item for Zelda no Densetsu Kaze no Takuto. It did not come in a standard case. The sleeve was glued to the last page of a big manual without any further packaging. The sleeve was sealed with white tape.
