Biohazard Code: Veronica Trial Edition

This is the the same trial edition disc and manual which were both distributed as a sealed stand-alone demo (T-1214M) and released as a part of Biohazard 2 Value Plus (T-1214M), but with an added back insert acting as front artwork.

The back insert states that it is a trial edition and is not just a straight copy of the retail game artwork (T-1207M) nor the sample insert which may have come with some shop discs (610-7724). It is then plausible that some copies were distributed with this insert, even though no sealed copies have been found. A few copies with this back insert have been found.
