The tape contains a message from a Biohazard Code: Veronica developer and briefly displays some screenshots from the game. It seems to have been given away for free in stores. The contents is probably identical to Dreamcast Oiri Video.

The cover insert has dark blue titles, and the tape has red labels on the top and on the spine. A variant came with light blue titles and white labels. The contents may be slightly different.
