Notes

The title song was used in the Japanese edition of Biohazard The Final. A VR music video of the song was also released on the PlayStation Store in Japan on 2016.10.13.

The discs and items came in a vinyl LP style gatefold sleeve sealed in a clear plastic sleeve with two stickers on the front and one sticker on the back. The front of the sleeve has a lenticular cover. Contents:

• Blu-ray disc (KSCL 2901)
• Cardboard sheet as tray for the discs
• Storyboard booklet (KSCL 2902)
• Large double-sided poster
• Large advertisement
• Small advertisement

A plastic bag was included with some copies. Either it was a pre-order bonus or exclusive to a specific shop.

There are two other Japanese editions, KSCL 2905 and KSCL 2903-2904, but those are not marketed as Biohazard crossover releases.
