The second British edition came with a manual, a precautions booklet dated 2006.05, a Nintendo DS Lite catalog, and a Nintendo VIP folder. It came with the same cartridge (NTR-ABHP-EUR) as the other PAL editions.
The first edition came with a different precautions booklet and catalog. There may also be later reprints.
