Notes

The Swedish rental edition came with the cartridge and manual of the regular European edition in a plastic case with an insert from the official Nintendo rental partner in Sweden. The cartridge has a holographic sticker, while the case shown below has two stickers from the shop where it was rented out from. It may have been available in other Nordic countries, too.
