The box set bundled Resident Evil 2, Carmageddon II: Carpocalypse Now, and Unreal. The box contains four discs in a case with front and back inserts, a printed installation guide, and a Vicious Online Manuals disc in a plastic sleeve.

Copies sold in Italy came with a Halifax distributor sticker on the front and an SIAE import sticker on the back.
