The Scandinavian cover insert version was released in Greece with a Nortec Multimedia sticker on the front as well as being sealed by Nortec tape. The included manual is the English DOL-G4BP-UKV-M manual, and it also came with what appears to be a simple instructions sheet in Greek. A precautions booklet and an advertisement sheet were also included.

The discs included with the one opened copy to have been inspected so far are a mix of the first pressing with USK logo and the second pressing without USK logo. Disc 1 is DL-DOL-G4BP-0-EUR and disc 2 is DL-DOL-G4BP-1-EUR-01. This may be a mix up by an owner or a shop, but it is also very possible that they originally came like this. Other disc mixes may exist.

A game with a variant of the Nortec sticker has been seen.
