The American collector's edition comes in a cardboard box with the following items:

• Resident Evil 5 steelbook with game, bonus DVD, manual, Xbox Live Gold voucher, and Dark Void advertisement
• Tricell messenger bag
• Chris Redfield figurine
• BSAA patch
• Kijuju necklace

A sticker on the front advertises 48-hour Xbox Live membership, and a sticker on the back states that the disc was made in Mexico.

The box measures about 14cm x 19cm x 8cm. The bonus disc contains a making of featurette, a digital art gallery showcasing HD game graphics, and a Resident Evil Degeneration trailer.
