Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition (PlayStation Move)

The American reissue with mention of PlayStation Move support on the cover was probably released in September 2010, when PlayStation Move was launched.
The first reissue pressing came with a cardboard slipcover, as shown on this page. Only the PS3 case was sealed. Later pressings were released without the slipcover, but were otherwise identical.
Note that the text in the third bullet point extends far to the right, similar to the slipcover. As mentioned, this was also released without the slipcase, but presumed even later pressings had modified the text to not extent so far right.
