The Japanese edition came with a sticker on the front, a manual, an advertisement sheet, and a registration card. Copies purchased from e-Capcom came with one of four tablet case covers, selected at random. Each tablet case cover came in a plastic bag with a piece of paper inside.

The Biohazard 6 Premium Edition bundle included a copy of the game on PS3 or 360, a leather jacket like the one worn by Leon in the game, all four tablet case covers, and downloadable content for the game. The jacket was available in four sizes, S, M, L, and XL, and came inside a black D.S.O. box, but there was no box for the entire bundle. The set retailed for JPY 105,000.
