Biohazard 15th Anniversary Box

Notes

The box set came sealed in plastic and with a large obi wrapped around it. It contains:

  • Black box with PS1 game discs and soundtracks
  • Brown box with a white folder holding two pins, two stickers, and three PS1 manuals
  • Empty white box to insert your own copy of Biohazard 5
  • Biohazard Revival Selection PS3 (BLJM 61015) with disc, manual, and registration card

The discs inside the black box are:

  • Biohazard Director's Cut PS1 (SLPM 87420)
  • Biohazard 2 PS1 (SLPM 87421~2)
  • Biohazard 3 Last Escape PS1 (SLPM 87423)
  • Biohazard 4 Original Soundtracks (KPDL 0001)
  • Biohazard Code: Veronica Original Soundtracks (KPDL 0003)

The pins are attached to a sheet of paper and sealed in plastic. The manuals and stickers were sealed in plastic together.

The PS3 game has a different catalog number to the game released individually, and shares the catalog number with the box set as a whole.
