The first release misspelled the title on the spine. Unsold copies were repackaged with new inserts. Corrected inserts were also mailed to people who had already bought the game. Other than the spines, the two inserts are identical.

It came with the cartridge, a manual, and a Club Nintendo flyer or booklet.
