This is a reprint of PLAS 05069 with slightly different back cover. It came with an age rating sticker on the front, and at least at first, two stickers with information about game and manual languages. It was released in Taiwan after Capcom changed local distributor from AtGames to Justdan, and has a Justdan sticker on the back as a result. At first the Justdan stickers were white, but later pressings had a more modern design.
