Italian and Spanish lenticular case edition. The game case came inside a plastic slipcase with a lenticular front cover showing either Leon or Claire depending on the view angle, and a transparent back. A PEGI sticker was put on the front. Copies sold in Italy also came with an SIAE sticker. It did not come with a manual.
