Biohazard RE:2 (Collector's Edition)

Notes

This edition came in a large box with a big obi, all wrapped in plastic with a small, black sticker. Shipped copies came in an outer cardboard box with the game title, and with a white protective plate inside. It retailed for 27,280 JPY. It contains:

• Biohazard RE:2 (PLJM 16288)
• Leon S. Kennedy statue (made in China)
• Artbook with soundtrack CD (CPDA-10120)
• R.P.D. poster
• Extra DLC pack sheet

The game is identical to the regular edition, and came with reversible cover insert, manual, Samurai Edge DLC sheet, survey card, and two stickers on the front. For more details, see the relevant page.

Inside the box, a cardboard spacer positions the game box, and also holds the Extra DLC pack sheet, sealed in a plastic sleeve. Removing the spacer reveals the poster and the artbook. The soundtrack CD is placed in a tray in an indentation in the back cover of the book.

Under the artbook, there is another cardboard spacer, and finally the box with the statue, held inside a cardboard panel with handles to pull the statue box out of the box. The statue is wrapped in soft plastic and placed inside a hard plastic frame, together with a flashlight, a handgun, and the base.

First come, first served copies sold by e-Capcom came bundled with a masking tape wrapped in a plastic sheet and sealed with a paper sticker, resembling an ink ribbon. There were four variants, but only one was included with each package, selected at random.
