It seems that the Asian/ Hong Kong edition was released in Thailand with Sicom and tax stickers on the front. Contents:

• Extra DLC Pack sheet

The reverse of the large obi has the Japanese title. The CD was placed in a tray on the last page of the book. The game included seems to be the regular Asian edition, not the Thai edition.
