The six discs came in a black box with a sticker, and was limited to 3000 copies. The discs are:

  • Biohazard 2 Best Track Collection
  • Biohazard 3 Last Escape Best Track Collection
  • Biohazard Code: Veronica X Best Track Collection
  • Biohazard Best Track Collection
  • Biohazard 0 Best Track Collection
  • Biohazard 4 Best Track Collection

The discs have no inserts, the plastic jewelcases themeselves are completely black except for the silver text on the front. It came with a booklet which contains tracklist for all discs and liner notes from Capcom staff, and a registration card in Japanese. Copies sold in Asia may have a yellow Capcom sticker on the back.

The set was reissued on 2011.05.25 with a 15th anniversary sticker on the front, and again on 2015.03.26 without an additional sticker. Each time Capcom's official website stated it was the same set as originally released, but it is possible that there are minor differences such as matrix codes due to manufacturing variables, and perhaps different registration cards.
