Notes

The six discs came in a black box with two stickers. The discs are:

• Biohazard The Umbrella Chronicles Original Soundtrack
• Biohazard The Darkside Chronicles Original Soundtrack 01
• Biohazard The Darkside Chronicles Original Soundtrack 02
• Biohazard 5 Best Track Collection 01
• Biohazard 5 Best Track Collection 02
• Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition & Biohazard The Mercenaries 3D Best Track Collection

The discs have no inserts, the plastic jewelcases themeselves are completely black except for the gold text on the front. It came with a booklet which contains tracklist for all discs and liner notes from Capcom staff, and possibly a registration form.

Discs 1-3 are identical to the previously released soundtracks, CPCA-10191 and CPCA-10213~4. Discs 4-5 contain a selection of tracks from Biohazard 5 Original Soundtrack (CPCA-10198~200), though disc 4 track 2 and disc 5 track 19 are the digital versions previously available only on the American Resident Evil 5 Original Soundtrack (SE-2051-2). Tracks 1-16 on disc 6 are from the extra contents in Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition, and are exclusive to this release. Tracks 17-37 and 41 later appeared on Biohazard The Mercenaries 3D Original Soundtrack (CPDA-10069). Tracks 38-40 are also from that game, but are exclusive to this box set.
