Unlike the second pressing, the third black pressing does not explicitly state that it is the third pressing, however the copyright text on the back of the obi has been updated to 2021. The limited edition red vinyl released at the same time seems to have come in identical packaging, but a sticker states that it is the colored variant.

The soundtrack is for the original PlayStation edition of Resident Evil 2.
