General English language reissue of RVL P RBUP RVL-RBUP-ENGL. It came with a manual and a precautions booklet. In addition to the new catalog number, the Nintendo logo on the front is white and it has a new barcode. The disc is the same red and black disc.

It must have been released some time before late 2009, because at that time the PEGI 18 logo changed to a red background with PEGI repeated over and over in a lighter shade of red. There is also a later general European reissue.
