The Nordic edition has a dark purple triangle on the spine and came with a manual, a precautions booklet, a Wii catalog, and the same disc as all the other PAL first editions.

Unlike most European first editions, the Nordic first and only known edition came with a white Nintendo logo on the front like the later European reissues, but still with a Nintendo barcode, as they were still distributing the game. This suggests that the Nordic edition was not available at launch, but some time between the European first editions and the first CE Europe reissues.
