There are at least three variants of the American release. The first edition shown on this page came without anything printed below the ESRB rating logo. The reprint had "Online Interactions Not Rated By ESRB" printed below it, both on the front and on the back. They seem to be otherwise identical, including the barcode, disc label, and manual. An even later edition did not come with a manual, only a sheet with a link to an online manual.

Games pre-ordered from the Capcom Store came with an RPD T-shirt, while Gamestop rewarded you with a zombie T-shirt. Game Crazy bundled it with both the zombie T-shirt and a money clip.
