The Austrian and Swiss edition came with the same disc as the other PAL editions. The middle pages in the manual could be torn out and used as a poster.

The manual is the same as that which came with the German edition (SLES 52445 7024898), with 4012927024898 and 4012927025024 printed on the back. The European barcode number must have replaced the Austrian by mistake. The manual is only in German.
