The British edition was released in Australia with OFLC stickers on the front and back.

The box set contains Silent Hill 2 (original version), Silent Hill 3, and Silent Hill 4 The Room, inside a thick PS2 case. All the PAL box sets came with the same discs. The Silent Hill 3 disc label is from the 2004 or 2005 reprint with the new Konami logo, while the other two discs have the same artwork as the original releases.

Each game came with a separate manual, identical to the original manuals. An advertisement for The Silent Hill Experience was also included.
