Sample disc from the original retail pressing of the album. More information about sample discs can be found in the Test pressings document. The discs have handwritten titles and copyright information. A custom front insert was included with some copies. The catalog number refers to both the CD and the cassette releases.

At least four copies have been found. Copy 1 was sold by the manager of a large Canadian retail chain [1], while copy 2 came from a Universal Canada employee.
